Dance creates transformation. Movement and emotion are directly related. Dance allows individuals to express, revitalize,and renew confidence in their bodies to address physical, emotional and spiritual challenges creating a healthy balance and sense of wholeness.
Movement Arts have been effective for children and adults by utilizing dance as a vehicle for communication and expression. Movement takes us to a place where language cannot. Dance and Movement can progress the cognitive, emotional, physical and social integration of children and adults with special needs,depression, PTSD, trauma and seniors with Alzheimer's.
